If the customers has updated their NDSi to V1.4.1 and find their r4ids gold can not work any more, they can download the upgrade file and update their r4ids gold to V1.4.1. A: Yes, you are right. All carts released after V1.4.1 have been pre-flashed with V1.4.1 loader and do not need to be upgraded again.
